Maxine Lynn Weaver

Maxine Lynn Weaver (McDonough), daughter of the late Raymond L. and Milly (Elliott) McDonough, from Thurmond, NC Is survived by her husband, David (Scott) Weaver, son Jeffrey R. (Deb) Gehris of Jim Thorpe, PA and daughter Katie (Chip) Popovici of Huntersville, NC. and brother Patrick (Gerry) McDonough of Lansing, NY, She also has one grandson and three granddaughters and her most precious dog Cody Maxine, formerly from Exeter Township, Reading, PA graduated from Schuylkill Valley High School. Most of her career was in Nursing Administration and Hospital Administration retiring from Atrium Health in 2018. Maxine began working for Scope Anesthesia, NC in 2019 until the time of her passing. The absolute love of her life was her family. Travel was another of her passions mostly traveling to Florida, Key West was her favorite, Jamaica and Aruba. In later years, building her retirement home in Thurmond , NC was her joy! Services will be private with a celebration of life in Pennsylvania at a later date.
