He is survived by his wife, Heather M. (Buffenmyer) Entzminger, and two children, Norah and Benjamin. Also surviving are Michael's mother, Cynthia, wife of Jeffrey Ott of Lewes, DE; father, Rick Entzminger, husband of Renee; two sisters, Kristine, wife of Nathan Fortna and Rachel Entzminger; one brother, Bradley Entzminger; two nieces, one nephew, and paternal grandfather, Ronald Entzminger, all of Reading, PA.
Michael was preceded in death by grandparents, Phyllis Entzminger, and Paul and Jacqueline Swartz.
Michael worked at Four Seasons Produce, Inc. of Ephrata in quality control and attended Alive Church, also of Ephrata.
He enjoyed mastering the guitar, going to the beach, and spending time with his entire family.
The family will receive friends at Paul L. Gravenor Home For Funerals, 100 W. Main St., Ephrata, PA, from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, December 5 and at Alive church, 510 Stevens Rd., Ephrata, PA, from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, December 6. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church with the Reverend David Fry officiating. Place of interment will be Muddy Creek Cemetery, Denver, PA.
Donations may be made to a special account at Ephrata National Bank under Michael's name.

I don't talk to this side of my family anymore, but he's still my cousin and I wish I could've been in more contact with him. I love you Mike and I will never forget all the good times we had as kids. Gone, but never forgotten. R.I.P big cousin.

I was very sorry to hear about Michael know that he is in a better place with no pain and suffering. It is hard very hard to lose a loved one especially a son I pray that God gives you and your family the strength you all need now. I will keep you in my prayers and ask God to comfort you and your family now and always.
