Nathaniel Hinkle Obituary

Nathaniel L. Hinkle, 20, of Reading, passed away unexpectedly on October 7, 2016. Nathan was born in Reading on April 30, 1996 to Geoffrey and Claire Hinkle. He attended Reading schools until his senior year, when he graduated from Wilson High School in 2014.

After high school he participated in NextGen Academy, a yearlong leadership training and service program, which gave him a wonderful opportunity to do service work in Botswana and make many great friends.

Most recently he was taking a Personal Trainer course at Reading Area Community College and was employed at the R.M. Palmer Co.

In addition to his parents, Nathan is survived by two

sisters and a brother: Crescentia, wife of Leighton DeGoede, of Bloomfield, N.J.; Laura, wife of Victor Cordero, of Washington, D.C.; and Joseph Hinkle of San Leandro, Calif. Also surviving are his paternal grandfather, Gerald Hinkle of Kenhorst; his aunt, Christine Murray of Kenhorst; his aunt, Christiane (and Stanley) Riveles of Taos, N.M.; his uncle, Daniel (and Claudia) Hinkle of Mohnton; a niece, Rose DeGoede; and his cousins: Crystal, Angie, Maria, Shane and Luis.

Nathan will be greatly missed by his family and friends, who will always remember him for his loving, genuine and dynamic personality and the great joy they experienced in his presence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NextGen Academy at 6389 McCauley Rd., Valley Springs, CA 95252.

Henninger Funeral Home in Reading is in charge of

the arrangements. Condolences may be left online at www.henningerfuneralhome.com.
