Nicholas C. Feola

Nicholas C. Feola, 83, passed away Tuesday November 28, 2023 at 1:12 am at Keystone Villa at Douglassville, Douglassville, PA. He was the husband of Mary S. (Crognale) Feola for 58 years who passed away January 3, 2023. Born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, Mr. Feola was the son of the late Emil and Mary (Calabria) Feola. He was a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and served in the United States Army Reserves from 1964 to 1969. Mr. Feola was employed by Cabot Corp. (formerly Kawecki-Berylco Industries) in Boyertown, PA as a chemical engineer for 35 years until his retirement. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter Kristen. Mr. Feola is survived by his son Nicholas E. Feola, husband of Alicia K. Feola of Boyertown, PA, and his granddaughter Kristen N. Gutekunst. He was preceded in death by his daughter Tina M. Gutekunst, December 21, 2012, and by his siblings Theresa Clark and Mary Yanosh. A Prayer Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 11:00 am. Reverend Brian M. Miller will officiate. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
