Nicholas A. Gardecki

Nicholas A. Gardecki Nicholas A. Gardecki, 42, of West Reading, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021, in Kindred Hospital, Havertown. He was the beloved husband of Darya A. Gardecki. Born in Reading, he was the son of Bernadette (Setley) and the late Edmund Gardecki. Nicholas owned and operated his own business, Berks Custom Remodeling and Restoration. Everyone who knew Nicholas loved him. He was a loving husband and father. Nicholas was also a strong advocate for cannabis. In addition to his wife and mother, Nicholas is survived by a son; Sabai R. Gardecki, West Reading; and a daughter, Anya Gardecki, West Reading. Two siblings; Mike Gardecki, Spring Township; and Cheryl Jehn, Colorado, also survive him. He was predeceased by one sister, Cathy Gardecki. Nicholas was quoted to say: “Release yourself from external projections of goals and achievements. Be your authentic self in everything you do.” Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
