Pearl was predeceased by her loving husband, Edward J. Mish in 1990. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Stanley B. and Johanna (Sikorski) Lewandowski.
Pearl was employed by the former Berkshire Knitting Mill and also was at her husband's side helping operate their grocery store and sandwich shop for many years.
Pearl is survived by her loving daughters, Patricia J. (Mish), widow of Michael Zdradzinski of Felton, DE and Teresa J. (Mish), wife of Steven Ocksrider of Gainesville FL.
Other survivors include her grandchildren: Michael T., husband of Caprecia Zdradzinski; Michele T. (Zdradzinski) Clough; Krista N. (Ocksrider), wife of Michael Hall; and Matthew S., husband of Monica Ocksrider.
She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren: Zachary, Zadriene, Zarianna, Zarek, Kada, Chason and Victoria. Pearl is also survived by Charles A. Parnell of Felton, DE, who was like a son to her.
Pearl was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
She will be sadly missed.
Pearl's entire family would like to extend special thanks to the Vitas Hospice, who with love and compassion supported Pearl and the entire family.
Relatives and friends may extend their sympathy and respects to Pearl's family on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. at the Kopicki-Bradley Funeral Home, Inc., 239 South Ninth Street, Reading, PA 19602. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 250 South Twelfth Street, Reading, PA 19602. Interment will follow in St. Mary R.C. Cemetery, Reading.
It has been suggested by the family, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Mary R.C. Church Memorial Fund at the address above in memory of Mrs. Pearl V. Mish.
