Phyllis Ann Nertavich

Phyllis Ann Nertavich, of Riverview Park, passed away peacefully April 28, 2023, in her home. She was the wife of Vincent Paul Nertavich, Sr., who passed away in 2016.Her first husband, Edward C. Murton, passed away in 1960. Born December 26, 1932 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the lateJeremiah R. and Agnes M. (Seydell) VonNieda. Phyllis was a 1950 graduate of Reading High School. She was a member of Holy Guardian Angels. She always lived life to the fullest. Phyllis enjoyed being a homemaker and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving are her children: Eileen L., widow of Charles M. Gordner of Blandon; Beverly A. Roth of Mt. Penn; Nancy L., wife of Joseph I. Aulenbach of Sinking Spring; Vicki L., wife of Richard M. Seidel of Pace, Fl and Vincent P. Nertavich, Jr of Pace, Fl. Grandchildren: Tucker Gordner, Nelson Roth, Lydia Roth, Aaron Roth, Donielle Beiler, Jeremy Aulenbach, Jonathon Seidel, Steven Seidel, Cassandra Razzi, Justin Wenztel, Jarid Wentzel and Dylan Nertavich. Great Grandchildren: Mason, Gabriella, Abigail, Isabella, Melanie, Lucas, Wesley, Everett and Wyatt. She is survived by a sister Janice L. Hartman of West Lawn. A Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 11AM in the Chapel of St. George at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Muhlenberg Township. There will be a viewing prior to the service from 9-10:30AM at Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.
