Dear Daddy,
I will look for you in the front window at home as I know you will be watching over me. I will remember your quiet dignity and strong presence. I will always strive to do our my best even though I will not be able to see your approving smile. You will be with me whenever I am traveling and I will be mindful and careful and safe. I will feel you pick me up in your strong arms when I fall or feel vulnerable. I will straighten my pictures and weed my garden and pick up the lint from my carpet. I will protect and cherish the love of your life as you always have. I know that you will be there when I need strength and when I feel lost. I will think of you whenever I eat hamburgers and mashed potatoes. I will feel you holding my hand when I am facing something scary. I will remember the smell of Old Spice and Captain Black and feel your prickly cheek when I kissed you Good Night. You will be there in the gentle breeze that plays my wind chimes. I will always strive to love my family as you have loved yours and I will be inspired by the love always present between you and Mom.
I can not completely grasp the depth of this loss and want to hold on to my memories of you as long as I can. I really do hope that I have made you proud in some way and know that I was always proud of you. I will always love and miss you. Cindy

Christine and family,
Sorry for your loss but your dad's spirit still lives in each of you. Though I haven't seen you in years, I remember times at Dorney Park picnics that we went to because our dads worked at Parish Dana. It is hot days like this that our dads would say "you don't know what hot is til you work at Dana". My deepest sympathy to you and remember the good times.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of your family from the years I lived in Fleetwood. It was common to see Mr. Angstadt outside working on a car or pickup truck, and he always had a smile or a wave for passersby. I know he will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by your family and many others.
