Condolences to the Bickham family in your time of grief. I knew Bob from youth and through his career, and he was always a great person, always having something funny to say! May God fill your hearts with comfort and love during your grieving, and may his soul find peace in God's court. Taken way too soon from earth, and yet, we were all so blessed by his being here. God bless you all! Brother, you will surely be shaking the clouds as you Rest in Peace! As Heaven celebrates, we mourn your loss!

My sincerest condolences to the entire Bickham family. I taught Bob in the Reading Police Academy and worked with him until my retirement in 2007. He was an exemplary Police Officer and FTO. He was one of those officers you will always remember as being dedicated and a credit to the profession, always treating people with respect. I used to say if only we had a hundred more like Bob Bickham, if he was given an assignment you could be sure that it would be handled correctly. Again, my condolences, may God bless those that morn his loss.

Bob treated me like another daughter. He made fun of me but at the same time protected me like a father. I will forever cherish the Bernville community day memories and our conversations at borough hall. Bob was the only person who could make me belly laugh every time we had a conversation. I remember how he could never wrap his head around on how much I spent on clothes...i.e. the always talked about Hunter boots :). I know heaven is treating you good.
