He was the husband of Reeble Sue Dragan, Elkton, Md.
Born in Reading on Oct. 10, 1921, he was a son of the late Stephen and the late Naomi (Zieber) Dragan.
He was a retired bridge construction worker.
He served during World War II as a staff sergeant in the Army.
Mr. Dragan was a 1940 graduate of Oley Valley High School and attended Mercy Missionary Baptist Church, Bay View, Md.
He was a member of the Rising Sun CB Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters: Barbara A. Shaaber and her husband, Tom, Wernersville; Janet E. Erb and her husband, Mike, Boyertown; and Sandra J. Dragan, Elkton, Md.; and a stepdaughter, Pam West.
Other survivors include a brother, Donald D. Dragan, Onancock, Va.
There are also two grandchildren, Daniel Erb Jr., Boyertown, and Lauren Sallade, Sinking Spring; nine stepgrandchildren, a great-granddaughter, Mikaela D. Sallade, Sinking Spring; 15 stepgreat-grandchildren and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his first wife, Josephine J. Dragan, in 1999; three brothers: Franklin, James Henry and Kenneth Dragan; and a sister, Ethel Thompson.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in Bethany Evangelical Congregational Church, 38 Covered Bridge Road, Pleasantville. Burial will follow in Bertolet’s Union Cemetery, Oley.
