He was born in Allentown, PA, and was the son of the late Julius and Mary Entler, and predeceased by sister, MaryJane, and granddaughter, Jennifer.
"Bob's" earthly journey was driven by his love of God, country, family and art. A veteran of WWII, he served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Biblical scholar and a graduate of Berean Bible School. Throughout the years he was an Evangelistic Minister at many local churches using chalk art drawings of biblical pictures as his ministry. He studied art at the Philadelphia Museum School of Industrial Art and worked at Mack Trucks for many years as a technical illustrator. As an artist, he loved painting local landscapes and family portraits. In his retirement he attended local festivals where he displayed his art and did pastel portraits and caricatures.
Survivors include his loving wife, Ruth; daughters, Louise Dillensnyder and husband, Scott, and Ruth Bialobrzeski and husband, Frank; son, Robert Jr. and wife, Evelyne; sister, Betty Lou Stupak and husband, Jack; grandchildren: Robin, Cori, Lauren, Frank, Kaitlin, Alex, Matthew, and JeAnn; great-grandchildren: Eli, Enzo, Garrett, Bradon, Gibson and Justin.
