He was the husband of Monika G. (Schroeder) Moser, who died Nov. 2, 2001.
Born in Sellersville, on July 4, 1946, he was a son of the late Samuel W. Moser Sr. and Ruth V. (Walker) Moser.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He employed as a mechanic by Mente Chevrolet, Kutztown, from August 1988 to the present; and previously worked in the same capacity from 1966 to 1970 at the former H & S Chevrolet, Pennsburg.
He was a commissioner for the Topton Youth Baseball Association during the 1980s and a member of the local A.K.C. Kennel Club.
Surviving are two sons, Jeffrey T., husband of Michelle L. (Rothermel), Leesport, and Michael A., husband of Jennifer H. (Stoudt), Alburtis.
Other survivors include two sisters, Cynthia, wife of Fernando Bauza, Hialeah, Fla., and Dawn, wife of Rick Hnatishion, Lehighton; and a brother, Scott K., husband of Mildred V. (Cofone), Palm.
There also are two granddaughters, Samantha T. and Bailey N. Moser.
Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes Inc., 333 Greenwich St., Kutztown, with the Rev. Robert G. Argot Jr. officiating. Burial with Military Honors in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, Fleetwood. Call Thursday 7 to 8:30 p.m. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave., Reading, PA 19605.

The family extends their thanks to all that have posted the sympathies. We all appreciate it in our time of need. Sam's passing was all to sudden and very unexpected but we are sure he hears each and everyone of us and our prayers.
