Kelly,Derek & Jared,
Scott was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. He always knew how to have a fun time with his friends. Sure will miss him deviling me and that cup of coffee you would bring me on dance nights. Although he has gone to be with our Father, he will always be in our memories. Be strong for each other. You are in our thoughts during this difficult time.

It is so hard to believe that this big (Teddy) bear of a man is no longer with us. The silver lining to this cloud is what Scott left with all who knew him; through his humor and genuine concern he epitomized friendship. I defy anyone who ever met him to not bring to mind a funny anecdote almost instantaneously when Scott is mentioned in conversation. The memories will forever remain with us.
Thoughts and prayers to Kelly and the boys.

Kelly, Derek and Jared,
Scott was the greatest husband and father but you obviously know that and he is going to be missed greatly. The grief process will be the hardest thing you may ever have to deal with in your lives but with the strength the three of you have combined each day will be just a little bit better than the day before. My entire family is still so shocked from the news and deeply saddened by such a wonderful man being taken from this world too soon. If you need anything we are here and know that we would do anything within our power to make things just even a little bit better for you all.

September 24, 2012

To Kelly and Family: my thoughts and prayers are with you. It was a pleasure to know Scott all these years.
Sincerely,
Mike O.
