Shirley Renno

Shirley “Chutty” Renno, 67, of Tilden Twp., passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023 in Orwigsburg Center where she resided for a short time. She was the wife of the late William F. Renno, IV, who died July 6, 2014. Born in Ruscombmanor Twp., she was the daughter of the late Harvey Readinger Sr., and Norma (Stufflet) Readinger. She enjoyed farming, going to races and watching crime shows, especially Court TV. She loved Hereford cows. Chutty was happiest spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters: Stephanie I. (Smith) Hoppes, wife of Randy, Bernville, and Tammy L. (Renno) Reppert, wife of Ryan, Port Clinton; a son: Christopher M. Smith, Hamburg; six grandchildren: Emilie, Haley, Wyatt, Hunter, Colt, and Mattie; and two great-grandchildren: Ellie and Valentina. She is also survived by three siblings: Harold and Ronald Readinger, both of Dauberville; and Grace (Readinger) Wood, Reading. She was predeceased by a step-son: Robert A. Renno; a grandson: Case Reppert; and a brother: Harvey Readinger, Jr. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport.
