Thomas R. Brady

1946 - 2021

Thomas R. Brady, 75, of Sinking Spring entered heaven to be with his beloved wife Mary Ellen on the night of October 28, 2021. He was surrounded by his family. Tom, widow of Mary Ellen (Knoblauch) is survived by his sons Thomas, husband of Kimberly Brady, Matthew, husband of Debra Brady and Joel, husband of Jennifer Brady; nine grandchildren Emily,Eric, Kyle, Steven, McKenzie, Daniel, Ashley, Austin and Zoee; three great-grandchildren, one being born on October 27,2021. He is also survived by a brother Michael and a sister Theresa Haas, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Patrick and a sister-in-law Joan. Tom was born in Port Clinton, Pennsylvania on March 19, 1946 to the late Michael and Mabel (Miller) Brady. He served in the United States Army, returning home for the birth of his first son. He moved his family to Hamburg, PA while working at the Fleetwood Tannery for over 40 years. Tom enjoyed playing cards with his friends at the Pondersa Hunting Club. He loved going to the casinos and was able to go twice this year. The family wishes to thank Grane Hospice and all of his medical providers. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
