To the family and friends of William S. Hollenbach: As the National Chaplain of the China-Burma-India Veterans, I try to send a short message when I know of anyone who served with us in World War II and, the name appears in the Obits.
Whether known to us personally or not, these men and women were our brothers, sisters and comrades in service to our country in that part of the world. We continue to honor them and respect them for their service, never to be forgotten. On behalf of a Grateful Nation, we thank them for their service.
I ask God to bless and comfort this grieving family and friends in this time of sorrow. A wonderful, full life is now over for William as he begins a new phase of life of eternal rest. May Gods blessing be with you all. AMEN. Wendall A, Phillips, Chaplain.
