Robert Fulton Obituary
Bob attended grammar, middle and high schools in Lakeport, and excelled in sports. He was also a favorite at Lakeport Speedway and was passionate about racing, which occasionally would spill over to public thoroughfares! Bob's trade was plumbing, and before relocating south he owned his own plumbing business in Lake County.
In addition to his only child, Cecelia, Bob is survived by his mother, Barbara Fulton; brother Steven (Leslie); sisters Kathy Fulton-Petit (John), Laurel Carroll (Ben), Leann Travis (Keith), all of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews living in Texas and Lake County. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Fulton, Sr., (owner of Lakeport Furniture), and his former wife, Karen Rogers Fulton of Lake County.
Bob's close and extended family, together with his many friends, will cherish memories of Bob's warmth, kindness, and generosity. Bob was keen in recognizing the goodness in others while patient in accepting human frailties. May Robert Scott Fulton rest in the peace he so deserves.

My brother Bob was an amazing, loving, funny, strong, and brave man. I was with you on the day you took your final breath brother and even though it was the most painful experience I have ever been through, I am forever grateful the Lord allowed me to be with you on that day. I know I will see you again one day in Heaven, but I will miss you dearly until that day comes. Rest in Peace. I love you. Your sister Laurel.

To the Fulton Family, You know by now the love I have for you all. I am so proud of Bob and the battles he fought to be healed. He was very grateful for his family and how you supported him during his illness. He told me, Celia, "what a godsend you are", his words. He loved you so much.
Since I can't take away your sorrow, I look forward to the day time replaces your tears with smiles and memories of only the happy times you shared with him. I see him now, standing beside his race car with that big, beautiful smile following one of his many victories. Our Sympathy...

I had the pleasure of knowing Bob for many years. Although I have many memories, my favorites were his big smile everytime we passed each other on the road and watching his interaction with Cecelia at the Go-Cart races...or whenever I saw them together. You will be missed my friend.
