My deepest sympathy to the entire Mezzi family.....Andy and I were friends and teammates at the University of New Haven. He was loads of fun to be around and always had an upbeat personality. He and Mel Horowitz would share stories about Growing up in Wallingford and how much the town meant to him. A terrific baseball player who could hit with the best of them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

My condolences to all the Mezzis, as a cousin I idolized him growing up, but really got to him better the past few years. He and my Dad were quite close when Andy went to school and my Dad to work at lunch time especially. We will all miss him and his many opinions.
