I shared lot of great moments with Cody throughout my time at Green Mountain College and through working with him up in Killington while sharing an apartment building in Rutland. Cody was an articulate, compassionate, respectful, kind, and gentle human whose passion and enthusiasm were contagious. I´m so sorry to hear that he has passed. My love goes out to all his friends and family.

Cody, thank you for your genuine understanding and compassion. I will never forget how you made me feel during one of the toughest times in my life, my first year of business school. As team members, we shared the ups and down that came with graduate level education.
I will never forget you calming me down and refocusing me for our case competition. You knew how to navigate my intense emotions and passion that arise when I’m under deep pressure. You truly took the time to understand me and I will never forget that genuine level of interest and acceptance. Rest Peacefully my friend.

I was so sorry to hear about Cody. I've not seen him in years but he and my daughter, Jaime were friends when they were little. My condolences to the family and Cody's friends. Remember the good times.

Cody was a wonderful person all around...kind, funny, smart. He had such a peaceful energy about him, I always enjoyed his company. For the past 25 years he has and will always be one of my best buds. We share countless memories from just hanging out in the back yard, concerts and camping . I will miss Cody very deeply as many others will. I will forever cherish the memories and consider myself lucky to have had an amazing friend like Cody. May he rest in peace. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family and friends.

My son Jason became friends with Cody when we moved to 5th Ridge. Always handing out and eating and of course playing video games!! Cody was always polite. Even when Jason moved to upstate NY they always kept in contact. I would always ask what is Cody doing and Jason said he is school in Vermont or traveling the world!! My heart is broken. Jason lost his best friend. Rest in Peace till we see you again in heaven. Mrs Miller 2 Timothy 4-7

I'll never forget the time I forgot my pants for Karate. The only person who had an extra pair was Cody! Now, I'm only 5' 2 " so, as you could imagine, this didn't work out so well! We all had quite a laugh as I'm going through my karate practice and the pants fell down! Just one of the fond memories I'll cherish forever. May Cody rest in peace ❤

Cody and I have known each other since Highland School in 4th Grade, and for as long as I can remember we have remained very close friends. From playing at recess and hanging out after school to growing up and getting together was always full of laughs and something to look forward to when we managed to find the time between our lives. 25 years of friendship is a rarity and I am thankful for that experience with such a good friend. My deepest condolences go out to everyone who had the pleasure of having Cody in their lives and it goes without saying he will be deeply missed.

Cody Broderick was a fixture and active member of the Green Mountain College community. It was an honor to have shared space with him on this green earth, even if it was only during those college years. He was kind, generous, caring and treated everyone he encountered with respect. My love is sent to his closes friends and family. He will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. See you on the otherside, Cody.
