David Laffin Obituary
He was born in New Haven, Nov. 21, 1966, a son of Joseph Laffin. Sr. and Alice Petro Laffin, of Wallingford. He had been employed by Bidwell Industrial Group, in Middletown. David volunteered for the Wallingford Wishing Well and was Past Worthy President of the Wallingford Eagles Club 1820.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Joseph Laffin, Jr. and his wife, Pattiann Richards-Laffin, of North Carolina; his daughter, Susan Gilland, of Florida; his nephew, Daniel J. Laffin, of North Carolina; longtime friend, Annette Estridge, of Wallingford; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his best friend, Thomas Doucet.
His family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, Wednesday, July 3, from 4 until 6:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. Interment will be private. Gifts in his memory may be sent to the Wallingford Wishing Well, 382 N. Cherry St., Wallingford, CT 06492.

To Dave's family, I just want to say I'm so very sorry for your loss of such an amazing and loving and kind hearted man. Anyone who met Dave, always left feeling better than when they first arrived.
