Frank J. Biggs

Frank J. Biggs, age 84, of Wallingford, passed away July 27, 2023. Born in East Lyme on February 18, 1939 he was the son of the late Leon O. Hamel & Mary Margaret (Diamond) Hamel. Frank is survived by his wife Marion (Landa) Biggs; his sons Michael Biggs, Stephen (Jodie) Biggs and Kenneth (Kathy Crowley) Biggs; his sister Helen Carol Carrano and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by 2 grandchildren. A longtime resident of Wallingford he formerly lived in Hamden and Durham. Frank was a heavy equipment operator retiring from Operating Engineers Local 478, he also was a construction welder for Stone Safety Corp. and worked part time for Fazzino Auto Parts Store.
