Jacqueline Ann Winslow, beloved wife of Coleman Varney, Jr., died peacefully on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Meriden, she was the daughter to the late Paul and Ceile (Saultis) Tino. She was a lifelong Meriden resident.

Jacqueline retired from MidState Medical Center as a Psychiatric Sitter for over ten years and served as a secretary for many years. She was a parishioner for Holy Angels. She was an animal lover. Her personality was such that she can make a biker blush with her language but make an angel smile with her big heart and her kindness.

Besides her husband of 26 years, she is survived by her daughter Susan (Smith) Steele, her son Jody Winslow and his wife Annette, her three grandchildren, Eric Winslow, Brittney (Winslow) Abramczyk and her husband David, and Bettina Caffrey, and her great grandson, Landon Abramczyk. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Greg Steele.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal charity of your choice.

Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. The John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450, is entrusted with the arrangements. For online condolences, please visit jferryfh.com.
