I have just learned of Nick's passing as I write this memory. I had known Nick for many years as a subcontractor at Farmington West Estates. A man you could count on, always answering his cell phone when you called. If there was job site problem Nick would work with you to find a resolution. A man of absolute integrity. One of the nicest people I have ever met. My deepest sympathies to all of his family. R.I.P. Nick

Nick was such a kind and caring man. I first met him in 1973 when we moved into one of his rents.
I saw him this past spring and we had some laughs and reminisced about the 70's when I first met him. He will be missed by so many. My deepest sympathy to his beautiful family. May he rest in peace.
