A graveside service for family and friends will be celebrated for Richard on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden. Arrangements are under the direction of the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023. For online condolences, please visit jferryfh.com.

Lynn and Amanda I was so saddened to hear about Richard. He was a great guy. I can only imagine the reunion he and Tom had. I will never forget him saying Bic in that big voice of his when he’d see my Dad. Richard had such a kind and big heart. Please know that you are in my thoughts.

My heart aches for Lynn and Amanda. Richard was a loving family man, his huge heart will never be forgotten.
Richard was Tom's best man and we shared many good times. The 70's to the 80's brought us marriages and children.
Richard and Tom can now enjoy themselves once again and watch down over us all. Lynn, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
