Scott Stocking Obituary

Scott L. Stocking
Scott L. Stocking, 60, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at home unexpectedly. Born in Meriden on December 5, 1964, he was the son of David A. Sr. and Rose Marie Stocking and graduated from Maloney High School. Scott was employed by Trinity Health of New England, formerly Campion Ambulance, as an EMT for 17 years.
Scott enjoyed camping and going to Lake George in the fall for car shows. He loved spending time with family at the family cottage in Elk Lake, Pennsylvania. He also loved snowmobiling up North with his son, Josh and friends.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his son Joshua; his grandson, Ethan Stocking and his sister Catherine Papallo and her husband George. He is also survived by his longtime partner Georgia Kupcho; his aunt, Linda Stocking; his nephew, Christopher; his niece, Natale, many cousins and his dog, Shelby. He was predeceased by his brother, David Stocking Jr.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden, CT 06450. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish, St. Joseph Church, 177 W. Main St., Meriden, CT 06451. Entombment will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum in Meriden.
