Stephen Osiecki Obituary
Born in Meriden on April 24, 1954, the son of the late Anthony, Sr., and Mary (Saleski) Osiecki, he had resided in Meriden for his entire life. He attended St. Stanislaus School, and was a graduate of Wilcox Technical School. Mr. Osiecki was a tool and die maker for over 36 years with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford.
He is survived by one daughter, Jayne and her husband, Fred Smalley, of North Haven; one son, Matthew and his wife, Karen Osiecki, of Gilbert, Ariz.; Mr. Osiecki was very proud of his five grandsons, Tyler, Derek, Dylan, Blake and Lukas; he is also survived by three brothers, Anthony, Jr., and his wife, Gilda Osiecki, of Middletown, Michael and his wife, Susan Osiecki, of Meriden, Paul and his wife, Nancy Osiecki, of Murrels Inlet, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, at 9:30 a.m. from the John J. Ferry and Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., Meriden and at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church for a Mass of Christian burial. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. prior to the Mass. For online condolences and directions, please visit www.jferryfh.com.
