Barbara was my dear friend ever since we were dorm-mates at Boston University seventy years ago. After we were both widowed, she became a cherished travel companion whether we were cruising on a river boat in Russia, walking through tulip fields in Holland, greeting my cousins in a Greek village, marveling at the Passion Play in Oberammergau or enjoying the Metropolitan Opera in New York. She will be greatly missed. Bon voyage, Barb.

Vernon was so fortunate to have Barbara living life to the max for all these many years. She was the poster child for "a life well lived" and will be long remembered by her many friends.

I have fond memories of working with and singing with Barb. She was a dynamic lady. We had lovely conversations, as we car shared to our singing class. I am blessed to have shared this planet with her.
