Lesley J. Bolduc

Colrain, MA — Lesley Plaus Bolduc passed away on October 5, 2021 after a sixteen year struggle with breast cancer. Lesley fought a brave and courageous battle. She survived the ordeal with courage and dignity. She was born in Springfield on October 15, 1945, to the late Harley and Merdena Plaus. She graduated from Technical High School, Greenfield Community College and the University of Mass. She also attended Western New England University School of Law. Lesley enjoyed a 24-year career as a social worker with Life Path of Greenfield where she served 110 clients and established many close relationships. She was an avid reader, often completing a book in a week. She enjoyed bass fishing at Lake Sadawga in Vermont and was a season ticket holder for UMass Hockey. She was an outstanding cook and homemaker. Lesley will be greatly missed by many, especially her husband of 57 years, James, and her dear son and best friend, Steven of Greenfield. Her sister Carol, brother Harvey and nephew Jeffrey Plaus predeceased her. She also leaves her special friend of 75 years, Judy Smith as well as Linda Micka and Jennifer Glover.

A memorial service may be held at a later date. Williamsburg Funeral Home was entrusted with her Cremation. Contributions can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

So sorry to read of Lesley's passing. Our dad was a client of Life Paths and was blessed to have recieved very compassionate care and visits from Lesley. She not only took time to answer any family questions we raised but more importanlty reassured our dad he was safe and loved. Lesley brought much comfort to us all. Rest in peace Lesley The Rice family
