Born in Keene, NH on February 23, 1962 the daughter of Richard Secord (predeceased) of Winchester, NH and Virginia Rose wife of Richard Rose of North Port, FL. She graduated from Turners Falls High School in 1980.
Mary was a very fun-loving social person whose likes included spending time with family and friends, cooking, and a fan of the New England sports teams, movies, concerts and other outdoor activities.
Mary leaves loved ones current husband Rasheed Afolabi of Worcester, MA. A son Jason Secord of Millers Falls, MA, son of Mike Majewski of South Deerfield, MA. Daughters Amber Jalbert Rose of Greenfield, MA and Donna Jalbert Rose of Fitchburg, MA, daughters of late ex-husband Brian Jalbert (predeceased). 4 sisters: Pamela Secord and husband Kevin Kruzlic of North Swanzey, NH, Joyan Secord and Carmen Caloon of Eustis, FL, and June Rose of North Port, FL. 6 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Jerry and Pierina Bolton, 287 Fox Hill Road, Bernardston, MA, on Saturday June 11, 2022 at 1:00pm.
