Bobbie Ingersoll

Our mothers were best friends who went way back through both our childhoods. I knew him then as Bobby; he knew me as Bobbie, almost exactly two years apart. both Capricorns. Maybe that's why I always liked his humor. What a profound loss to his family, his wife, and to the community. He was a beautiful person.

I am saddened at the news of Bob's passing. Our mothers were close friends for many years, especially when we were all young kids. I remember 'Bobby' mostly for his sense of humor and how much laughter he could bring about. My profound condolences to his siblings whom I also knew from years ago, Kathy and Patty. God speed, Bob. Bob was a friend from the days when we were teammates with the Cyclonauts racers. We always had great times racing together. We also had great times racing against each other when he moved on to a new team. I'm sure he will be greatly missed as he was a truly nice person.... Rest in Peace my friend.........
