Lovingly surrounded by family and friends, Cecil went to his eternal rest after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
He leaves his wife, Rosie
Children: Angela, Carla & Rick and Cecil Jr. & Charinale
Grandchildren: Talon and Arden Prado Siblings: David Prado, Ralph Leyva, Helen Ortega and Saraestella Garcia
Cecil is preceded in death by his parents, Ladislao and Grace Prado,
Siblings: Francis, Connie and Carlos Prado, George and Nick Leyva Twin Sons: Cecil and George Prado
His family was important to him and he dedicated himself to working and providing for them.
Over the years he worked as: Field laborer
Cassidy's Shoe salesman
Forestry Wildlife Firefighter
Bricklayer General Cable Company where he served as Union Representative
Gray's Air Conditioning
Tulare County Linnell Housing Authority Maintenance Upon retirement he loved reading, listening to music, gardening and tinkering. He could fix almost anything.
