Demetrias Rubio Obituary
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27th beginning at 3:00 PM through the night at the Iglesia Del Pacto Church. A wake will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 6:00 PM at Iglesia Del Pacto Church. A Service will be held on Friday, March 28th at 10:00 AM at Iglesia Del Pacto Church. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
He was a member of La Iglesia Del Pacto in Porterville; an avid bingo player at the Terra Bella American Legion Memorial Building and was a very proud grandpa.
Demetrias is survived by his children Sarina Medrano, Demetrias Rubio, Jr. and granddaughter, Azariah Rubio, all of Visalia; two brothers, Jaime Rubio of Ducor and Antonio Espinoza of Strathmore; three sisters, Alyssa, Emily and Kayla Espinoza all of Strathmore; four nephews, JJ, Eric, David and Abraham Rubio; one niece, Ofelia Hernandez and his "other half" of 15 years Melissa Lopez, and many cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his brother, Salvador Rubio, son Niles Lopez Rubio and grandmother, Leonila "Nila" Cortez.
