Jacob Peter Flores age 33, passed away December 1, 2013 in Porterville. He was born October 12, 1980 to Mary Martinez and Pedro Flores in Lindsay and attended local schools including having a College education. Jacob was always determined to succeed and someone his family and friends could always count on. He had a passion for working on cars, his Lincoln being his favorite. Spending time with his children was always a priority along with the moments he spent with the love of his life, Marta Maciel. Jacob may be gone from our presence but he will always live in our hearts. Those he leaves behind include his soul mate and wife Marta Maciel. Mothers, Mary Martinez and Ana Acuff. Grandmother Anita Hernandez and Grandfather Baudelio Martinez . Great grandmother Maria Martinez . 3 children: Lorenzo Alvarez, Monique Castro and Arianna Alvarez. Brother Paul Flores and wife Rebecca and sister Veronica Martinez-Gonzalez and husband Natalio Ceja. Along with 7 neices and nephews, an extensive loving family and numerous friends that were like family. Visitation will be 10:00am to 3:00 pm Monday December 9th at Whitehurst-Peters-Loyd Chapel with a Funeral Service at 12:noon.
