Richard Allen (Rick) Uszak, 62, of Washington Court House, Ohio died Saturday, October 15, 2016, at 7:28 a.m. shortly after arrival at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. He had been in failing health.
Rick was born January 16, 1954, in Moraine, Ohio to Donald and Ruth Savinsky Uszak. He had lived in Arizona before returning to this area in 2007.
He formerly was a medical employee at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.
Rick was a member of Grace Community Church and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law, William and Ronald Langley.
Rick is survived by his wife, Fannie Elizabeth Langley; three brothers, Michael Uszak of Avon Lake, Ohio, Dennis Uszak of Put-in-Bay, Ohio and Dale Uszak of Lakewood, Ohio; four brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law and their spouses, John and Beverly Langley, Roy and Carol Langley, Robert and Carol Langley and Harry and Dona Langley, all of Washington Court House and Doris and Jim Rowland of New Holland and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Pastor Jay Lucas, minister at the Grace Community Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until time of the service.

I worked with Rick at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. I got to know him when he was caring for and after his beloved wife Nancy passed. I pray that everyone who loved him can heal from his passing.
