Robert Cotner Obituary
A graveside service for Robert R. Cotner, 82, of Washington Court House, Ohio, was held Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the Highlawn Cemetery with the
Rev. Father Warren Huestis, rector at All Saints Church, officiating.
Pallbearers were Reece and Troy Cosler, Gary, Parker and Caleb Huffman and Jim Elzey. Burial was under the direction of the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House.
Bob, husband of Donna Hart Cotner, died Saturday, March 13, 2021, at the Mount Carmel Grove City Medical Center.
