Billie Jo Ann Borbon

Billie Jo Ann Borbon, 56 of Stockton, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2008 after a courageous short battle with cancer. She was born November 24, 1951 in Higgins, TX. She graduated Tracy High in 1969. She worked in Tracy, Livermore and Connecticut as a supervisor for different electronic companies.
Billie Jo is survived by her mother Lillian Ingalls of Stockton; son Anthony Allen and his wife Rebecca of Stockton; brother Rick Allen and his wife Patti of Blackfoot, ID; sister Diane Kincaid of Tracy; sister Marta Wright and her husband Gary of Higganum, CT; grandchildren Stephanie Borchers of Hillsboro, OR, Nicole Hafeli of Modesto, Jessica Hafeli of Salida, Amber Allen of Roseville and Anthony Allen II of Stockton. She was preceded in death by her father John H. Allen of Silverdale, WA.
Her legacy of love, family and inner strength is forever lasting within her grandson Anthony Allen II, niece Lauren Wright and nephew Nicholas Wright. She will forever hold a special place in their hearts. Many who knew her will surely miss her friendship and laughter.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 30, 2:00 p.m. at the home of Anthony Allen.
In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for a tree to be planted in her memory.

dear Allen family, Im am truly sorry about your loss and dont have to many words of comfort to express how i feel, because of not personally knowing billy jo, but i do know all of you and consider you family to me and mine, so with those words said, im am very sorry and hope you find peace in knowing that she is in a bette place and you will reunite with her again one day. i love you all and wish you the best.

I'm very sorry to hear of Billie Jo's passing. This must be very hard on everyone. I could tell by the way she talked about you all that she loved you all very much and her and Lillian shared a great mother/daughter relationship. Please stay strong and hold on to all your loving memories.

I will miss the time spent together as a family. Engaging in conversation full of laughter. Who else better than her to serve as my partner in the "lets make fun of mom" game. I will miss opening a gift from her. They were always so well thought out. Each time it was something special and unique. She really knew how to pick out something meaningful. But most of all I will simply miss her. It is selfish of me to want her to continue to live. It would not be the life I would want for her nor the life she deserves. Instead my sister showed us how to end this life's journey with strength, courage and grace. B you are forever in my heart.
