Glenn Edward Rinker

November 19, 1919 - July 11, 2010

Glenn, beloved husband, father and grandfather, died peacefully at home at the age of 90. He is survived by is loving wife of 65 years, Ethel, daughter Kathleen, son James, granddaughters Christina Wieland and Jennifer Maasberg and 6 great grandchildren. Glenn brought his family to Stockton in the late 50's and worked for radio stations KJOY, KWG and KSTN. He proudly served his country during WWII and received the Distinguished Flying Cross. In flying 52 missions, he never lost a man. He enjoyed life to the fullest and left a legacy of love, peace and joy.

The Memorial Mass will be held at the Church of the Presentation on Monday, July 19th at 10:00 a.m.

Jim, I remember seeing your dad all the time at the smoke shop when I worked at Bank of A&C. Always that big smile and some "funny" to tell me.
