Our condolences, John & Thomas Dougherty. Dick was our shipmate on Sea Scout Ship Vernon Anderson SS13, Where Bruce his father was our Engineering Officer. Many happy memories sailing the Delta together.

Dick was one of our Sea Scout Ship 13 Crew. Dick was there scrubbing,painting and helping his father repair the engines and the mechanical gear on our 65 foot "Ship".Rest on your oar Dick. Even though we havn't communicated for years, Love you , Miss you. Tom Dougherty
