DAVID VANDERZEE Obituary
Ellenville, NY
David Allan VanDerZee of Ellenville, NY, died Saturday, July 31, 2010, at Kingston City Hospital. He was 46 years old.
David was born in Newburgh, NY on March 14, 1963, he was the son of Ellenore I. Hutter and the late Allan Roger VanDerZee.
David served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a truck driver for Mid Hudson CDL in New Windsor. He also owned High Pro Audio and Sound where he worked as a sound engineer. David was a true musician at heart who was well known by many.
In addition to his mother, Ellenore of Ocala, FL. David is survived by his long time companion, Naomi "Patty" Space and her son, Richard Figueroa of Ellenville; his niece, Emily Rose VanDerZee of Chicago, IL. David was predeceased by his sister, Debby VanDerZee.
The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, August 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at Loucks Funeral Home, 79 North Main St., Ellenville.
A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, August 4, at 11:30 a.m., at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.

Ellie, My thoughts are with you in this time of sorrow. I have fond memories of David and had a great time talking with him when we were in Ocala, God took him to his home to play some of his great music for his Dad and sister. I really and truly loved your family. Our love goes with you.
