Elise Hartwell Obituary

Elise Busque Hartwell, a trainer and group leader at the Bank of America in Kingston, N.Y., and area resident for 35 years, having moved here from Manhattan, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She was 70.

The daughter of the late Olvida and Helen Conway Busque, she was born July 7, 1935 in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Hartwell.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Hartwell, at home; one son, Bryan Hartwell, at home; one sister, Nora Delaney of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one granddaughter, Amy Elise Hartwell; three nieces and four nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2006 at Engel Funeral Home, Inc., 5319 Route 9W (Middlehope), Newburgh, N.Y.

On Tuesday, May 2, family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 9 a.m., then proceed to St. Mary's Church, Marlboro, to celebrate a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. The Rev. Edward Bader will officiate. Internment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Marlboro, N.Y.
