Peggy and family, I was so sorry to hear about your Mom. I didn't see until it hit the Independent. She was such a nice lady, I used to catch up with her when I saw her helping her little brother Bill do his books at the shop. Tim and Kieran remember her from the Intermediate school. She will be missed. All of our prayers are with all of you. Lover Helen Mary

Our family always appreciated the efforts that "Aunt Betty" made to make sure we knew our cousins. She always came to our house for all the family functions. I'm sure we all remember the back yard basketball games. She was a very special person.
Our cousins have our most sincere condolences.

I remember Mrs. Carey when she worked at the Goshen Intermediate School library. She knew my enthusiasm for Nancy Drew books at the time and was a great lady to chat with (even though I was nine years old at the time). She will be missed.

Peggy, Sue, Bob and Beth Ann, my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. The best way to get through this is family, friends and the memories you all cherish. Sorry I won't be able to come back east for the services but I will be thinking of you all. Aunt Bet was a hell of a gal and was there for all of us when we needed her the most, that I will never forget. She will always have a special place in my heart.

I will remember Betty with nothing but smiles, as she always was just so up beat. Always a smile as I walk into the Historical office on Tuesday mornings and announce "I'm not here to work just entertain the troops" and many a good laugh we had! My condolences to you and I will hold you in prayer.
