Helen C. Lindemann

Middletown, NY Helen C. Lindemann of Middletown, a retired OCCC Secretary and longtime resident of the area, died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Middletown Park Manor. She was 76. The daughter of the late Martin and Eleanor Quill Monahan, she was born February 14, 1931 in New York, NY. Survivors include her children: Catherine Bruinix of Middletown, Gregory Lindemann and his wife, Teri Sue of Jacksonville, FL, and James Lindemann and his companion, Kathleen Murtagh of Middletown; her brother, Denis Monahan of Ridgewood, NJ; her grandchildren: Elizabeth, Quinn, Bryan, Julie, Elizabeth, Mary Anne, Kevin and Alexandra, as well as her nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, January 17, at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc., 72 W. Main St., Middletown, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's R.C. Church in Middletown, NY. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Keri Lynn Monahan Memorial Scholarship Fund, 186 Godwin Ave., Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
