To the family of Larry L. Sr.
After just learning of his passing, I felt the need to send my condolences to a family tied by bonds stronger than most.Larry WAS the kindest, generous man who loved his family and life. My husband, Richard, worked with Larry many years ago welding in Middlehope and he has since passed on after our move to AZ. Larry was always a good person and had a great sense of humor, loved his family and children. I remember when the kids were little, he adored them all.
Again, my condolences, may he rest in peace with his wife by his side. Huge blessings.

I Love you Daddy and will always miss you!!

Tom and I sincerely Thank everyone for thier kindness during this most difficult time. Thank you all for remembering my Dad, who truly was the kindest most generous man I have ever known. We will never stop missing him or forget his smile, his laughter, his honesty, his humbleness. My Dad would never ask anyone for anything, he would give the shirt off his back to a stranger. I remember as a Kid him giving me the last dollar in his pocket. He would go without first always sacrificing for his Children or Grandchildren and would never ask for anything for himself. My Father was a Great Man and Loved and respected by all who knew him. Our Friends here in Virginia all adored him and enjoyed the great memories they had with him.

I found this poem and I think it describes my Dad pretty acurately.

A Father means so many things...
A understanding heart,
A source of strength and of support
Right from the very start.
A constant readiness to help
In a kind and thoughtful way.
With encouragement and forgiveness
No matter what comes your way.
A special generosity and always affection, too
A Father means so many things
When he's a man like you...

May Larry, my dear brother in law rest in Peace. We last saw Larry two years ago when Mary Ann and I visited Florida. The ever present warm, welcoming smile. A most sincere hard working man, family man who could say welcome without uttering a word. Larry's smile, warm handshake and devotion to family will never be forgotten. His childlike enthusiam for his children and grandchildren. Happiest when surrounded by family. Mary Ann found the greatest pleasure in her calls to Larry. May we emulate these admirable traits of Larry. Most of all happiness together. May we all find peace through prayer for Larry and one another.

Dear Paul & Family,

Words can not express how deeply saddened John and I were to hear of the passing of your Father. We are both so sorry for your loss.

No one knows better than I, the tragedy of losing a parent in such a manner. It's because of that, that I know how truly heart wrenching this is for all of you. I just feel so awful that you all have to go through this.

We will be praying for your Father, you and your entire family at this most difficult time. Just know that you are thought of, cared about and in our prayers. If you need anything, please just let us know. We are here for you, today, tomorrow and always.

Our sincere condolences,

Deborah & John
