Philip Streczyk Obituary
Philip A. Streczyk of Summitville, NY, a lifelong resident and a self-employed contractor, died August 3, 2008 at his home. He was 28.
The son of Stanley T. and Debra Davenport Streczyk, he was born May 29, 1980 in Port Jervis.
Survivors include his son, Philip A. Streczyk, Jr. of Mountain Dale; his father, Stanley T. Streczyk of Corydon, IN; his mother, Debra Streczyk of Ellenville; a sister, Jessica Streczyk of Ellenville; a brother, Gregg Kraeft, Jr. of Ellenville; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; two nieces and a nephew.
Friends may call at Loucks Funeral Home, Inc., 79 N. Main St., Ellenville on Saturday, August 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 9 at the funeral home.
Burial will be in The Pine Grove Cemetery, Sparrowbush.
