I'm so torn a part. I pray your dear family gets through this & finds peace. The Steven I knew was really such a beautiful person underneath his tough guy exterior. We always had so much fun back in the day! He was the kind of guy you were guaranteed to have such a blast with, even if you were just sitting down next to him talking about whatever, wherever. Steve was so fun, so funny, so charismatic, sweet, adventurous, insightful, & laid-back. I also remember how he was naturally good at almost everything & anything he did. Like let Steve try a sport he's never played before & he'd be MVP on day one. Have him play you in a video game he's never played before and he'd beat you right away although you've played it a dozen times. My heart goes out to family, friends & all who were lucky enough to truly know Steven. R.I.P. PC. Never forget you
Brother from another time!

When I heard the news I just shut down in disbelief. I didn't want to believe it. I eventually just broke down and cried. Steven the memories we shared will forever me engraved in my heart. You was a comedian and always made me laugh. It was never a dull moment with you, if I didn't look ok, you would keep asking if I was ok until I told you what was wrong, and you would just make my day better by saying the funniest jokes to me. Steven I love you my dear friend. May you rest in peace. My sincere condolences goes out to the whole Clarke family. I'm so sorry.

My condolences to the family. I grew up knowing the Clarke's while living on Grant Street and they on Sprague. Steven used to run around and have fun bothering his siblings. He was a good kid!! Alberto, Stanicia and Charlotte, as well as, your parents and other siblings sending prayers and hugs to help you get through this. My sincerest wish for fortitude to his kids/family.
