I worked for Ted at the EPA in Seattle in the early 1970s. When I left in 1975 to move to Houston, Texas, he gave me a fly rod that he made for me. I still have it--one of my cherished possessions.
He was a great boss and I was always impressed by his legal knowledge and his love for his family.

Dearest Joan -
My sister Amanda and I were just trying to find you and Ted and found his beautiful obituary from last summer. Our father, Fran Wood, just passed away last week and we thought we´d reach out to his fellow fishing counselor from Camp Allagash! We both send warm thoughts and best wishes to you
