I just read of Victors death in the Middletown paper that I have on my computer. I was the Captain of the M/V Commander for the past 7 years and Victor and I became friends passing one another on the Hudson. He invited me as a guest on the Riverrose a couple times, and we had many joyful conversations though the years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, he was a great guy, Captain and friend. He will be missed dearly.

Good ol Vic. Never a bad word to say about anyone. I worked with him for MANY years at Pius and he was a great guy. There was nothing he wouldn't do to help the youth at Pius 12. He loved to take them fishing and other rec trips. He was a truly unique man. Another one of the good ones gone. Well now he can be a fisher of men and guide them in a whole new way. God bless you Vic. It was an HONOR knowing you.
