My Auntie Shirley taught me how to make a turkey, she shared so much with me when I was a child. She was the one who answered my question about where babies come from, I was 5 years old. I treasure the time when she and Uncle Richard came to visit us in Florida. It was an Arts Weekend in Sarasota, so they had the chance to visit our theaters and see samples of live performances. I remember her enthusiasm about going to the casinos. But the greatest was her declaration that when she turned 40, she was going to dye her hair red and we should just watch her enjoy life. My vision is that she and my Mom are walking hand in hand on this final journey.
