San Juana Serna Obituary

ROBSTOWN - San Juana Sanchez Serna, 83, passed away on August 08, 2018. She was born on May 24, 1935 in Robstown, Texas to Jose C. Serna and Guadalupe Sotelo Serna. She was a Catholic, a homemaker and a long time resident of Robstown, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her children, Teresa Serna, Maria Cruz, Elva Serna, Olga Perez, Guadalupe Rocha, Rodolfo Serna, Guadalupe Ramirez and Jose Y. Serna; and one grandson, Johnathan Flores.

She is survived by her husband, Guillermo Sanchez; her children, Yolanda (Antonio) Serna Villafana, Yvonne (Armando) Flores Amaya, Imelda (Alfredo, Sr.) Serna Trevino, Jose Guadalupe (Leticia) Serna; her siblings, Andres (Alicia) Serna, Eliazar Hernandez, Oralia (Ricardo) Alviar and Diana Ventura, She will also be missed by her 18 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2018 and Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
