CHARLES BLAKE Obituary

CHARLES WILLIAM BLAKE May 31, 1942 ~ October 5, 2018 Charles William Blake passed away on October 5, 2018. Born May 31, 1942 to Charles and Edith Blake, he was the youngest of four children. He grew up in Red Bank, New Jersey. After High School he served in the Vietnam War as a Sharp Shooter and a Fire fighter. He returned home, got married had two kids, then moved out West to Nevada had another child. Then moved to Red Bluff, CA where he had his fourth child. He worked for Diamond International, Wal-Mart and PacTiv. Charles loved to race cars and watch car races especialy NASCAR, he was a sports fan as well. But what he truly loved was his family and their backyard barbecues. He leaved behind his 100 year old mother, Edith and two sisters, Ione and Brenda. His four children, Adrienne, Melissa, Stephanie & Andre Blake. Nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at the Northern California Veterans Cemetery, 11800 Gas Point Road, Igo, CA on November 2, 2018 at 10:30 am, on that same day at 2:00pm we will be celebrating his life at the COMMUNITY CENTER, Kimball Rd, Red Bluff, CA. We love you and you will be missed.
